He even helped me install a new thermostat I had purchased at Lowes (and couldn't figure out) without charging me for the assistance. Top notch and recommend them highly!

Comments: I think they should have added more stars for this company. He was not only on time, he did the electrical disconnect and took so little time to do it. I got a quote for almost 6 times the amount from an other company for doing the same thing. It took him less than an hour and he charged a basic service charge. I was not there for the completion so he could have milked it out and did not. He is honest and kept in communication as to his arrival time/date. I can !NOT! say enough about this contractor. I will use him from now on and HIGHLY recommend you do the same!! ( cute baby girl too...saw the baby when I dropped off payment)

11/23/2011 Snagged one of the coupons on Amazon and called these guys up for a check-up of my furnace. I didn't get any run-around when I made my appointment (which so often seems to happen with the coupon deals) and the gent on the phone actually cheered my purchase. :)
The tech (and as I later found out, one of the business partners) came out right at appointment time and promptly got to work. He was pleasant, answered all of my questions, and was a real joy to talk to.
These folks are doing it right. Making a good honest business that serves the community and their neighbors. I'll be sure to make Cascade my first choice for any future service my furnace begs for.

11/22/2011 Our furnace went out in the beginning of the cold season, and needless to say the cold was getting to us. We got 3 quotes and were shocked at both the price as well as the lack of information provided by the companies. Cascade provided us a quote that was nearly half of what the lowest of the 3 quotes were and were INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about their service. The were very informative and we knew that we could trust them. They did wonderful work on replacing our furnace and they will be the first ones we call if/when needed as well as the first ones we recommend if friends need help as well.

10/11/2011 Matt and Jeff were very polite and courteous, consummate workmen and professional. They found that our furnace was defective and showed us the evidence. They did a very difficult job of installing a new one and did it well. Later on we found that the furnace didn't blow heat. They willingly came back, found and fixed a loose wire that had been the fault of the factory. We highly recommend them. They are now our furnace men. We will call them first and foremost if we have any problems.

I called them after they had serviced our furnace because of the great service and they answered all my questions about the loud noises the furnace was making. They were prompt, professional and very nice. They explained why the noises were being generated and told me that the furnace didn't necessarily need to be replaced at the time but to keep an eye on it. It was safe and functional. Called them back after the furnace continued to make the explosion like sounds with increasing frequency and got a new furnace.

Jeff and an employee came out, replaced the furnace with a new furnace promptly and professionally, and answered all my questions. They also hauled away the parts of the old furnace. While the other two companies that came out were also very professional, we went with Cascade because their quote was over $1,000 less than the other two quotes. I would highly recommend Cascade to anyone who needs a furnace repair or replacement.
